Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Due to COVID-19 concerns and by order of the Ministry of Education NPS remains closed until further notice. However, we are making arrangements to handle registering your children

At this time, NPS is moving to an online registration process. You are kindly required to fill in the requested information online and upload any required supporting documentation. Upon completion of the online application and by appointment, you will need to come to the school premise to provide original copies of the supporting documentation and complete your registration process.

Required Documents

For New Admission :

1. Filling the online application form in this page

2. Birth certificate copy.

3. Vaccination certificate copy.

4. Medical check-up form – applicable for Grade 1

5. Student Photo ( can be uploaded via online )

6. Student’s passport copy

7. Father’s ID copy.

8. Mother’s ID copy.

9. Father’s Passport copy (if he is an expatriate).

10. Identity card for expatriate students

11. Transfer letter from the Educational Portal (from Grade 2 on wards)

12. A copy of student’s report / record for previous 2 years.

13. School fee Confirmation letter signed by parents

Admission Policies

• We accept kindergarten children from the age of three years and two months till five years and two months.

• We accept preliminary children from the age of four years and two months till five years and two months.

• There will be an entrance exam for the students from Gr1 to Gr12 and they have to pass that, to get admitted in our school

• In case of registering more than one child you will have 50/- Rials discount as sibling discount in the total school fee for each student

• If a student is coming from outside Oman, a certificate of acceptance must be issued from the General Directorate of Private Schools indicating acceptance to promote the student to the designated grade in our school.

• Ask the student’s current school to transfer the him/her through the Educational Portal to his/her assigned grade at our school. You should also get a hard copy of the student’s file from the previous school and submit it to our school administration.

• One time registration fees of 150/- Rials, has to be transferred online upon successful registration intimation from our Admission Dept.
